I'm ready to book! How do I go about doing that?

So you've gone through everything and you've decided that I will be your photographer!

In order to book, just simply click on the "Booking" form at the top of the website and fill the form out.

Before submitting, I do kindly ask that you take the time to thoroughly review my FAQ, policies, and procedures to ensure a smooth and informed experience.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response!

What if I am late to my session?

I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially before a session. However, I kindly ask for respectful and timely communication regarding any delays.

A 10-minute grace period is offered if you are running late. After the grace period, a $30 late fee will be applied to your total payment.

The fee must be paid before any images are released to the client.

If you are 30 minutes late to your session, the session will be canceled and all monies paid will be non-refundable.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule our session?

If you are in need of rescheduling, I do allow one complimentary reschedule IF done within 48 hours of your original appointment date. The session payment can be transferred to a new session of the same type that was previously booked. You will have up to 6 months to utilize the session paid for.

If a client reschedules less than 24 hours of the session date, there is a rescheduling fee of $50 and must be paid before any images are released to the client.

Any further rescheduling would require a new booking deposit.

For a client who wishes to cancel their session:

(Cancellations Made 7+ Days in Advance)

Payment towards the session will be fully transferable to a future session.
UP TO 6 MONTHS.

(Cancellations Made Within 3-6 Days of the Session)

The deposit will be transferable to a rescheduled date if requested, but no refunds will be issued. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original session date, or the deposit will be forfeited.

(Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours in Advance)

The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule the session.

How many images will I receive from my session?

I have packages available that include edited images that clients can choose from. During the selection process, more images can be purchased for an additional fee.

RAW files are not included with your session. I spend many hours perfecting client’s images to maintain a sense of consistency for my brand. I owe a certain obligation to my clients to produce the kind of work they see in my portfolio. RAW files do not portray the client or my photography in the the manner my final edits do.

Am I able to bring extra guests to my session?

To ensure a smooth and focused experience during your session, only TWO guests are allowed to accompany you.

More guests can create a hectic environment, which may disrupt the flow of the session and impact the quality of the images for both you and me!

If you are still in need of additional guests, please notify me at the time of booking or atleast 72 hours prior to your session, to discuss accommodations.

If more than two guests attend the session without prior notice, a fee of $25 will be applied to the total payment.

This fee must be settled before any images are released.

When will my photos be ready?

48 hours following your session, you will receive a link with your proofs to make your image selection. Once you have selected your images, the turnaround time will start once you have done so.

Images will be delivered within 14 business days (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS) via a separate gallery that will be accessible to the client.

If images are needed prior to the 14 day turnaround, a 24-48 hour rush option is available for $85, if necessary.

All final images from your session will be full quality. That will allow you to print, post to social media sites, etc.

What if I did not download my images from the link within the 2 week time frame?

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure images have been safely downloaded within the allotted time. A reminder email is sent prior to the expiration of the gallery. If the client does not download their images within the 2 month time frame, a $30 re-upload fee will be payable prior to gallery being re-uploaded.

Do you travel?

Heck yeah! I love a road trip or hopping on a plane to create with clients. I am currently based in Orlando, Florida. If you are not located within 35-45 minutes of the area, I will gladly discuss travel and lodging fees (if needed) with you.
